Fraud Administrator

As a Fraud Adminstrator, you have an important role in managing a variety of administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling, organizing and maintaining fraud documents. The goal is to sustain efficiency of all company’s procedures and case management so as to guarantee reliability and consistency. If you join Tokopedia, you will not only be doing daily jobs, but will learn many new things and develop yourself. How about the work environment?   • Assisting fraud team
  • Responsible for all administrative tasks
  • Conduct objective, fair, thorough, unbiased and timely investigations into allegations of fraud, waste or abuse committed by clients against our company

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate in any major (Administration major preferable)
  • Hard worker, result-oriented, attention to detail, strong analytical, able to work under tight schedule
  • Have good communication skill
  • Proficient in English
  • Honest
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Good organisational skills needed to manage a high volume of assigned cases
  • Hands on experience with relevant Information System

Customer Care Officer

Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, follow up order constraints everyday.
  • Strong analytical thinking in providing solutions to problems in orders.
  • Fast typewriting and accurate in respond to message from our customers.
  • Communicate courteously with customer by social media.
  • Foster good relation with customers.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills through phone.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Maximum age is 25 years old.
  • Excellent in listening skills, understand exactly what customers require.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Good in using Indonesian language, both oral and written, in accordance with EYD.
  • Ready to be assigned on shifting work schedule (4 shifts).

Call Center Officer

Description

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Maximum age 25 years old.
  • Excellent in listening skills, understand exactly what customers require.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Good in using Indonesian language, both oral and written, in accordance with EYD.
  • Ready to be assigned on shifting work schedule (Day/Night).
